Srinagar- The Kashmir Health Services Directorate has decided that no salary will be paid to all DHSK employees whose monthly work is found to be unsatisfactory.

According to an order, DHSK has requested all relevant authorities to forward the monthly statement of work performed by employees working under their supervision to the relevant disbursement officers stating that their monthly work performed is satisfactory for salary deduction.

They also asked the DDOs concerned that no salary be drawn for those employees whose work is deemed unsatisfactory.

“Instructions have been issued by higher authorities that no salary invoices be processed by the Drawdown and Disbursement Officers (DDOs) of these employees, whose monthly work performed is deemed unsatisfactory by department heads,” we read in the order.

It reads that all Section Chiefs of Kashmir Health Services Directorate are enjoined to submit monthly statement of work performed of employees (regular/contract/outsourced) working under their control/supervision to the Draw Officers and disbursement concerned certifying that his/her work done/performance is satisfactory for a pay cut – (KNO)
