Centralized File Movement and Tracking Information System (CFMS) Haryana is an online government platform launched by the Haryana State Government. Through this portal, government employees could check their monthly salary bills, pension slips, loan availability and get various other facilities to manage their finances. This platform is in agreement with the Finance Department and it is intended to save the time and energy of the employees for whom they had to queue for hours. It is also an initiative to digitize the financial records of state government employees.

Employees could obtain a number of services by first registering on the CFMS Haryana online portal at cfmsharyana.nic.in. After registration, employees can log in by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of CFMS Haryana i.e. cfmsharyana.nic.in

Step 2: By doing so, the employees land on the main page of the official website where they have to provide the necessary information.

Step 3: Enter Department, Office, Branch, Manager, District, Password, Year and tap “Login”.

The employee payslip could be viewed/downloaded through the portal itself. To download/view the payslip, employees can follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of CFMS Haryana i.e. cfmsharyana.nic.in

Step 2: On the left side of the main page, click on the “Final Payment” option available.

Step 3: Once done, the viewer is directed to a new page, enter the serial code and GPF number here.

Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button and the payslip will be available on the screen.
