ESIC SSO 2022: The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens to fill the position of Social Security Officer/Gr-II Manager/Superintendent on a regular basis through direct recruitment at the ESIC. Eligibility for ESIC SSO 2022

Nationality/citizenship

A candidate must be either:

(i) a citizen of India or

(ii) a subject of Nepal or

(iii) a subject of Bhutan or

(iv) a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962 with the intention of settling permanently in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who emigrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, from the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of settle permanently in India.

REMARK: A candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above must possess a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Age limit

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and no more than 27 years old as of April 12, 2022.

1. Phase – I is of a qualifying nature and marks will not be considered for final merit.2. For each wrong answer, there will be a negative mark of one quarter of the mark assigned to this question.

3. Applicants will be shortlisted for Phase-II in a ratio of 1:10 i.e. approximately 10 times the number of vacancies in each category based on their performance in Phase-I.

4. If the exam is held in multiple sessions, the scores of the different sessions will be equalized according to standard practice to take into account the slight differences in the level of difficulty of the different test batteries used during the sessions.

Pay Grade – 7 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 44,900-1,42,400) as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. In addition to compensation, they will also be eligible for DA, HRA and transportation allowance, as well as other allowances in accordance with the rules in force from time to time.

ESIC SSO 2022 How to Apply

Applicants should apply only through the online mode through the official website of ESIC or click below on the apply online link. No other mode of application will be accepted. Have a valid personal email id, which must remain active until the results are declared. Requirements for applying online Before applying online, applicants must:

(i) scan of their photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), signature, left thumbprint (if an applicant does not have a left thumb, they may use their right thumb), a handwritten statement (in English uniquely).

(ii)

The text of the handwritten statement

is as follows: “I, _______ (Applicant Name), hereby declare that all information provided by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will submit supporting documents as needed. (iii) The above handwritten statement must be written by the candidate and in English only and MUST NOT BE IN CAPITALS. If written by someone else or in another language, the entry will be considered invalid.

Steps to apply online

(i) Candidates must apply only through the online mode via the official website of ESIC and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE FOR RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF SSO-2022 AT ESIC” which will open a new screen .

(ii)

To register the application, choose the “Click here for registration” tab and enter the name, contact details and email id. A temporary registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The candidate must write down the provisional registration number and the password.

(iii) Applicants are advised to carefully fill in and self check the details filled in the online application as no changes will be possible/amended after clicking on the FULL REGISTRATION BUTTON. Validate your details and save your application by clicking on the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ buttons.

(iv) Applicants may upload the photo and signature in accordance with the specifications given in the guidelines for scanning and uploading the photograph and signature. Click on the Preview tab to preview and check the completeness of the application form before REGISTRATION FULL.

(v) Click on the “Payment” tab and proceed to payment.
