J&K Congress questions government on financial accounts assistant shortlist issue


Jammu, July 16: JKPCC questioned the government. on the question of the selection list of the financial accounts assistant, while the elected officials have been agitating for two days, while the government is silent.


In a statement, JKPCC expressed deep concern over the huge scam in the recruitment of police sub-inspectors affecting the careers of more than 97,000 youths who had appeared in the selection test in addition to indications of other similar scams. in other recruitments, putting the future of a large number of candidates in the dark, who have been working hard day and night, said JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Mr. Ravinder Sharma.


Shri Sharma said that the candidates of the various recruitments are in great distress like Assistant Financial Accountant, Class IV and other selections which are in progress. He said the government. should immediately clarify the position with regard to all other such selections and carry out a fair and independent investigation into the clumsiness and corruption in the various selections to the detriment of poor, genuine and deserving candidates. The investigation should be time-limited and results-oriented as soon as possible, in the wider interests of educated young people and those awaiting selections, he added.
