His charges stem from the March 12 murders of two teenagers, Johnny Rojas and Klodian Ramaj, who were found shot and killed inside a car in the 5400 Caribou Ridge Dr.

Police said Morris corresponded with the victims shortly before they died.

Rojas and Ramaj were seniors at Keller ISD’s Fossil Ridge High School. A week ago, Ramaj was making plans with his friend Aziza Zamora for their spring trip to Houston.

“He just told me he was going to help Johnny with something and an hour later he hasn’t texted me, which is very abnormal for him,” Zamora said.

She later learned that they were found fatally shot in a car about two miles from where they lived.

“It’s really difficult for everyone. It’s really difficult for her parents,” said Severo Zamora, Aziza’s father. He said Ramaj had recently been accepted to Texas Tech.

“He was really excited to go to college. He couldn’t stop talking about it. He wanted to be a registered nurse and then go back to school and become a family doctor,” said Aziza’s mother, Lidia Zamora.

“The description of the vehicle that was described leaving the scene matches the vehicle we currently have in our possession,” Watauga Police Chief Robert Walker said.
