Man faces capital murder of multiple people in Fort Worth

A 24-year-old man, who lives in the same apartment complex where two people were killed on Friday morning, has been arrested on suspicion of capital murder.

According to police records on Saturday, Abram Orozco was arrested on a prior warrant for indecent exposure and is also being held for the capital murder of several people connected to the deaths of the two men at an apartment complex southwest of Fort Worth.

The fatal shooting happened around 7am at the Club at Stonegate Apartments.

Police found two men dead in an apartment, who were later identified as Pascual Hinojoza Cano, 38, and Eduardo Ivan Ceballos Morin, 29, by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.

On Friday, responding officers said they found Orozco in the area, but was initially arrested on a warrant unrelated to the shooting.

Court records indicate that Orozco lived at the Club at Stonegate Apartments.

The 24-year-old is being held on $500,000 bail on the capital murder charge and $750 on the indecent exposure charge.

Orozco’s arrest warrant was not available Saturday. A lawyer for him was not listed in court records.
