VIJAYAWADA: Special Chief Secretary (Finance) SS Rawat has instructed relevant officials to ensure that all government employees receive January 2022 salary as per the improvement made under the 11th PRC, on time. In a circular issued on Saturday, the official said it is the primary responsibility of the Finance Department and all officers and staff of the Treasury Department and PAO office staff to ensure that salaries are paid on time.
A virtual conference was held on January 20 with all Deputy Directors of District Treasuries, Treasury NCOs, Treasury NCOs, PAO, Ibrahimpatnam, DTA and PDG, APCFSS, regarding the implementation of the 11th PRC with respect to government employees, he mentioned. He instructed the Director of Treasury and Accounts to ensure the completion of the above task on time.

A new module has been prepared by APCFSS and deployed at https://payroll.herb.apcfss.in for the above purpose exclusively & all DDOs must enter the life cycle of employees working under their control for the period from July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2021, duly verifying their service records
After confirmation by the DDO with electronic signature, all data will be made available to the Treasury/PAO officer. The Treasury/PAO Officer should verify the details by referring to the details available in the service register and should confirm with an electronic signature.
Once the Treasury/PAO officer confirms the data, an automatic wage setting statement will be generated and will be available in the DDO connection. After that, a normal invoice generation procedure will take place at the DDO level. It was also specified that until further notice, the remuneration and special allowances attached to this position in the old scales (RPS 2015) were to be paid to the individual.
