Step 1: If the applicant has not already registered for a TSPSC ID, they must do so before applying by visiting the website ( Applicants are encouraged to upload all necessary certifications (However, original certificates must be produced for verification at the time of review before finalizing the shortlist). The applicant must ensure that there are no errors in the OTR before submitting it. If applicants make mistakes, the Commission will not be held responsible. The applicant can directly access the application form if he is already registered with the OTR. The applicant is advised to carefully complete their application form themselves rather than entrusting it to someone else.

2nd step:

a) The applicant should go to the website ( and click on the online application link before entering their TSPSC ID and date of birth and login using the OTP he got to continue.

b) The applicant must confirm the information extracted from the OTR database and displayed on the screen, including name, date of birth, required degrees, community, gender, disability, ex-military and sports, etc

c) To confirm that the information provided is correct, the user must click on the Yes button.

d) The user should press the NO button if details need to be added or subtracted and need to be corrected. The OTR will then be automatically opened so that corrections can be made. The updated information will be populated immediately in the online application after making the necessary changes and clicking the submit button in the OTR. The candidate must then confirm by clicking on the YES button.

e) The candidate must fill in the specific details of the notification, such as the examination center he chooses, the prerequisites he must meet and any declarations he must make, in addition to the information he has already in the OTR database.
